• What services do you offer? The Wandering Paw is your mobile pet wellness solution. We specialize in stress-less Pawdicures (nail trims & paw care) & we are excited to launch our Mobile Dog Gym service, bringing pup-powered treadmill workouts directly to your door.
• What is a Pawdicure? A Pawdicure is more than just a nail trim. It's a complete paw care service including gentle nail trimming, shaping, & a health assessment of your pet's paw pads. We use either manual clippers or a rotary tool, depending on your pet's needs & comfort level, with no extra charge for grinding.
• What is the Mobile Dog Gym? Our Mobile Dog Gym is a climate-controlled van equipped with a slatmill; a safe, non-motorized, dog-powered treadmill. This allows your dog to get a structured, one-on-one workout right outside your home, perfect for managing energy, weight, or behavioral needs.

Booking & Appointments

• How do I book an appointment? All of our services are by appointment only. You can easily book online through the links provided on our Services & Rates page.
• Do I need to be home for the appointment? Yes, for your pet's first visit, a pet parent must be present. This allows us to get to know your pet & ensure they are comfortable. After a successful first visit, we can discuss a latch-key option for our busy clients.
• How long does an appointment take? Most Pawdicures are a quick, stress-less experience, taking about 15 minutes or less. Mobile Dog Gym sessions are 30 minutes, which includes warm-up & cool-down time.
• What do I need to provide for the appointment? Please ensure your pet is in a safe, secure space with doors closed so they cannot slip away. For dogs, please have them on a collar or harness with a leash when we arrive. For cats, it helps to have them in a small room with limited hiding spots.

Pricing & Discounts

• Do you offer a discount for multiple pets? Yes! We offer a multi-pet discount for our Pawdicure services. Every additional pet in the home, seen in the same session, is a flat $30.
• How does the pricing for the Mobile Dog Gym work? We have various tiered packages, from one-time sessions to our best-value monthly commitments. You can find all pricing, including single-runner & multi-runner rates, on our Services & Rates page.

Health & Safety

• What if my pet is nervous or anxious? Nervousness is completely normal! We specialize in positive reinforcement & will always go at your pet's pace. Our goal is to create a calm & comfortable experience every time.
• Do you require vaccination records? We recommend that all pets are up-to-date on their vaccinations as per your vet's guidance & local ordinances, but we do not require vaccination records for our mobile service.
